Visiting Artist Application
Thank you for your interest in being a Visiting Artist at one or more of our 2025 Art Walks! The Essex Studios Art Walk is a Friday and Saturday evening artist showcase and art market. We are accepting applications for original and handmade artwork. Reselling products or items made by others is not allowed.
The 2025 Essex Studios ArtWalks in East Walnut Hills will be held the first Friday and Saturday of May, October, and December, from 6:00 pm - 10 pm each night. The actual dates for 2025 are:

Once your portfolio of work is received, our panel will reach out shortly to confirm your spot if accepted! We will then send a PayPal invoice to your provided email. Once we receive payment, your spot will be secured.
Both your application AND payment via PayPal are necessary before you are fully registered. Thank you!
(Booths will have approximately enough space for (2) 2' x 6' Tables or a similarly sized display. Artwork must be displayed clearly and professionally. You may use nails in our walls to hang painting. Displays, Tables, and Chairs are the responsibility of the Artist and are not supplied by Essex)

There are 3 price points for the Visiting Artist Fee, based on location within the building. Please indicate your preference. If you are accepted, we will determine your location. Spaces will be allotted on a first come, first served basis. If there are no more spaces available in your indicated price point, we'll notify you to give you a 2nd choice. Prices include both Friday and Saturday nights.
Once you receive notification of acceptance, simply submit payment for the one, two, or three shows in which you'd like to secure your spots using the donation button on the home screen.
